We regularly review alternative investment opportunities and introduce those that we believe meet a certain standard to our Clients. To date the opportunities that we have worked on are Biomass and Energy from Waste loan notes.
Typically these are non-geared investments that have a term of 3 to 3.5 years with a minimum initial subscription of €20,000 and a target return of 26% to 30%.

For Personal Investors the returns on these investments are subject to Capital Gains Tax so are of particular interest to those who have incurred previous Capital losses.
